About this job

Fielding a high volume of customer inbound calls assessing our customers needs. Manage a variety of database and web based programs to provide timely responses to the customer. Tracking & tracing of shipments, rectifying shipping errors, product ordering, delivery status, pick up and drop offs. Distribute calls when necessary to other resources to ensure customers needs are met in a timely fashion. Coordinate with other departments when outages occur and calls must be re-directed.

Qualifications

- HS diploma or GED required. (Some College Coursework Preferred)
- High level of Computer Skills proficiency.
- Strong Data Entry Skills - 10key
- Strong Customer Service Skills
