Looking for Bilingual Prior Authorization Admins

-Preferably Spanish and/or Vietnamese

Experienced Pharmacy Technicians accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, completing prescription insurance verification, prior authorizations, and trained in providing compassionate care. The Patient Care Coordinator position provides an excellent opportunity for the individual who is able to multi-task, communicates well, and follows-through with rigorous detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Acts as liaison between organization, clients, and providers.
* Responsible for obtaining all necessary information, including insurance verification.
* Explains all company programs and services to clients and providers.
* Communicates with clients as needed regarding the fulfillment of prescription refills and refers any health related concerns to a healthcare professional when required.
* Maintains detailed documentation of calls to and from clients.
* Contacts clients to schedule deliveries, confirm address, inform of any financial responsibility.
* Assists with prior authorizations.
* Communicates with provider's offices/clinics regarding client status when necessary.
* Maintains patient confidentiality.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Demands:
* Repetitive use of hands and fingers (e.g,. computer keyboards, filing, etc.)
* Standing, sitting, or walking for periods of time
* Normal range of hearing and vision to perform work and communicate
* Stooping or kneeling (e.g., to access lower shelves/drawers, picking up items from floor, etc.)
* Lifting and carrying light loads up to 40 pounds, reaching above shelves in order to find medication to answer questions via phone/ email for patients.
