Imaging Specialist

-Batching: Hundred of hard mail documents com into the department each day. The first step is to get the mail checked in and batched in multiple of 10. This is very repetitive and monotonous.

-Sorting: Auto loans need to be put in a certain order. The different documents for one loan don't always some in the right order. At this station the documents are put in the correct order before being separated by blue pages and then passed on to the next department.

-Scanning: The documents are then scanned into the computer system, making sure all the documents are captured correctly.

-Labeling: The scanned documents will then need to be identified in the computer. Someone will go through the batches and label each document what it is and then move on to the next batch.

-File: Batches and documents then get alphabetized on a wall in the department.

-Copy: One of the group functions is to make copies for any area of the bank that wants hard copy of certain documents for their records, this is a low priority for the team but still a function.

There are multiple other job functions but these are the overlying themes and areas.
