- Monday - Friday 1st and 2nd shifts available!
- Also hiring for Saturday-Monday 12 hour shifts!
- Pay $15-16.50/hour depending on shift
- Start November 6th
As a Client Service Representative your main objective will be to deliver superior service to clients via inbound calls and/or email. With the knowledge you gain during training, combined with ongoing coaching, you will be able to confidently engage in meaningful dialogue to uncover client needs and financial goals. Providing quotes, answering general market questions, assisting with website/account navigation will be just a few of the talents you will master as you exceed in this role.
These Financial Service positions include:
-Inbound calls regarding questions about website direction
-Password resets
-Providing quotes and hold discussions around the equity markets, fixed income markets, international markets, and economic conditions
-Possess a working knowledge of technology and be able to operate in an environment requiring intermediate computer skills
-Transferring 25% of calls to licensed reps for further sale potential
