About this job
Our client is a revenue cycle management company who handles anything revenue related for hospital systems throughout the United States.
Each CSR will be assigned to a work group of hospital systems. There will be two different monitors that will be worked on during their shift, one with a proprietary system and the other the call Q. Once a call comes in, the Q will state where the call is coming in from, ex: St. John Providence Hospital. The CSR will answer the phone based on the hospital system, ex: Thank you for calling St. John Providence Billing.. how many I help you. The average call time is 6-8 minutes in length. Patients will be calling for multiple needs; disputed charges, payment questions, requests for itemized billing statements, directions to facilities, etc. After each call, the CSR will have 60 seconds to enter data, send emails, etc and then will be put back into available status in the Q. The CSR will take 50-80 calls per shift. Monday and Tuesday are the highest call volume days. There will be shift leads and supervisors that will be within the call center to assist with calls and monitor Q's.
Must be available to work Mon-Fri between 8am-7pm. This position is full-time, 40hrs/week.
