Entry Level Recruiter

Entry Level Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

Pull candidates from an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Send email blasts and call each candidate to let them know to fill out the formal application that the team sent them
• Schedule calls with each applicant to go through their application and read through the required script of pre-screen questions
• After completion of the script they determine whether or not to move that individual forward in the process
• Carefully audit packages for quality, formatting and language/grammar
• Send packages to Team Lead for final audit

Entry Level Recruiter Qualifications:

• Good job stability
• 1+ years in a customer service oriented role
• 1+ years in a call center type role is helpful
• 1+ years in a role requiring high attention to detail
• Excellent spoken/written communication skills
• Typing _35_ WPM
• Must be able to work with distractions (ie: people on the phone at the same time)
• Must be able to enter data/notes with accuracy while speaking on the phone
