Half time technical review, reviewing design
Proposal writing
Managing and creating scope of work
Assisting team with design
Bidding the design work
Overseeing construction
Walk-throughs with client and contractor
Cutting ribbon and releasing building
Projects average 20K in value

75% in the office
25% out of office Business Development (lunch, city meetings, approvals, construction observation)
