Vancouver Trucking and Logistics company now seeking a customer service representative/appointment setter to permanently join our team!
YOU MUST HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE!
In this position, Customer Service Reps will:
- Set appointments with current customers by: phone, email, and online
- Input appointment data into online system
- Email and phone communication with customers speaking directly with shipping and receiving supervisors regarding their orders
Qualified candidates must have:
- 1-2+ years of Call Center/Customer Service
- GED or High School Diploma
