General Description:

  • The Dispatch Coordinator executes business to business recruiting initiatives, coordination of customer appointment scheduling, sourcing service partners to accommodate customer scheduling preference, data-entry of customer information into third-party platform(s), entering interactions into the claims system, and follow-up throughout the life-cycle of each service event.
  • This position will work very closely with our customer-service team and serve as the primary liaison for appointment coordination.
  • Post Service Orders on third-party websites and/or secure providers of the Network capable of handling repair and installation services.
  • Evaluate customer service requests; locate, select, contact and assign the appropriate (best available & qualified per established criteria) service provider.
  • Educate service organizations on product offer, requirements, and expectations of service.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform well under pressure of quantity, quality and aging goals.
  • Strong customer service acumen
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers at all management levels
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and meet goals.
  • Perform effectively with variable workloads and priorities to deliver results and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Pleasant, professional phone presence.
  • Clear speaking voice, expert command of the English language.
  • Data entry/Typing skills of at least 35 WPM
  • Basic PC knowledge, internet usage preferred, proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
