Customer Care Representative

A top hospital in San Diego is excited to find Customer Care Representatives to be part of their team! Are you ready to join them?

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing direct and timely communication between the Plan and Plan members, providers, employer groups, brokers, internal departments and external agencies.
• Orients new members, verifies eligibility, provides information about Plan benefits and procedures, and researches and resolves basic concerns.
• Responds to basic verbal and written inquiries from members, providers, brokers, and other callers regarding Health Plan coverage, policies and benefits.

• AT LEAST 1 year of call center experience

Requirements:

• The client requires a drug test, background check, and physical screening prior to working
• HS Diploma
• Call center experience - 1 year or more
• Attendance Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm
