A large company downtown Chicago is looking for a Client Support & Implementation Coordinator to add to their Education/Training team.

Day to day: Will be building a registration site, tracking registration, designing training materials, building training materials, running some virtual training's, running web casts.


Job Description:
This individual will be primary responsible for coordinating and supporting delivery related tasks for nationally developed learning activities. This includes support to multiple delivery channels such as group live sessions, web-casting, video conferences, self-study courses and local sessions, enabling seamless delivery of learning and non-learning solutions to all client business segments.

The Support Associate serves as a key member of the Learning infrastructure in the support of firm-wide Talent goals and objectives, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and initiative.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in a related field
* Past experience involving learning and/or logistics coordination, including familiarity with web cast platforms
* Experience with learning management systems including: LMS, evaluation system, compliance system, e-earning tools, collaboration sites, and social systems
* Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced environment
* Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
* A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense
* Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint



Core Responsibilities:
* Coordinating delivery related tasks such as writing and editing program specific communications. Maintaining and building learning activities in the learning management systems as well as the web casting platform, and maintaining the learning calendar. Managing the registration process, program evaluations, reporting and program closure for assigned programs.
* Material Coordination, work with the client and/or designer to determine materials that would be appropriate and effective for the learners. Once materials are determined support the design team in preparing materials, prepping them for print or distribution, coordinating production and/or posting, ensuring supplies are ordered and delivered on time to the training site.
* Event Support and Moderation:
o Responsible for supporting the live delivery of web cast sessions. This may include facilitating web cast rehearsals, moderating, and providing instructor support by ensuring instructors are familiar and comfortable with the interface. Provide a final step in quality control by review slides to ensure that graphics and charts have uploaded appropriately.
o On site program support. Duties on-site will vary. Responsibilities will include client service to the program leaders and ensuring the program leader(s) is comfortable with the learning environment such as placement of materials and use of AV equipment and room set. Will also provide support for polling system, act as a room host, distribute materials, and make minor edits on program materials as needed. On-site support will manage participant needs and be prepared to step outside of role to ensure the training runs smoothly.
* Expected to develop relationships with colleagues and to collaborate with other departments to support learning programs. Works closely with other client support staff to share best practices, and provide visibility into client activities. Will be assigned to perform support duties for multiple learning clients as needed, and expected to participate in sponsored special projects.
* Provide client service to learners and national learning clients. This support is generally, but not limited to, answering questions around programs, providing registration support, running reports and troubleshooting. Anticipates and addresses needs before they are raised by our clients.
* Must be willing to work overtime as needed and travel on occasion
