A growing company with a location in the Palmdale, CA area near Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) and Victorville, CA is seeking a qualified avionics technician.
This position is responsible for fabricating, modifying, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining UAVs, ground support stations and related equipment. The technician will run test procedures, run operations checks and functional checks, run ground control stations and perform other related duties. The most qualified technician candidates must be able to successfully work from detailed, line by line instructions.
The most qualified avionics technician candidates will have four (4)+ years of avionics technician, aircraft electrician, aircraft electronics technician or related aerospace manufacturing experience for consideration. Experience on any aircraft model types / experience on any aircraft platforms will be considered.
Entry level positions are also available for candidates that have completed approved formal training in avionics; positions are available for candidates with various levels of experience; pay will be based upon experience. Positions to work full time in the Palmdale, CA area are available and positions offering CONUS and OCONUS rotational deployment opportunities are available. Tools will be provided.
