Recruiter - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek's client is looking for a seasoned Commercial Recruiter with experience full cycle recruiting for Commercial contractors

Job Summary:

-This position will alleviate some of the additional work on the rest of the talent acquisition team - intent is this person is helping out with all recruiting across the whole enterprise.
-Ideal candidate would have craft labor manufacturing experience or agency/high volume recruiting/follow up with candidates
-Heavy metric tracking and reporting in Excel for candidate screening process status.
-Minimum of weekly formal call with managers and teammates.
-Responsible for hiring roughly 10 people per month.

2-3 years of experience of Commercial Recruiting required.

**Recruiter will have to go to Curtis Bay for job recruiting functions once a month, days are negotiable.
