A National Insurance Agency is seeking Billing Reps.
Shift:
Training 10:30am-6:15PM (2 weeks)
Regular Shift- Must work weekends. 8:00-4:15:PM or 1:30PM-9:00PM
Weekdays- Will have 2 days off Tues/Wed or Thur/Fri
Summary:
Handle billing calls with modest difficulty to conclusion. Effectively navigate company systems including CMA, PolicyCenter, Web UDE, Knowledge Management and Billing Center. Works with appropriate degree of independence for their level of experience while seeking assistance from management when necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle Billing calls and other contacts in accordance with established guidelines
- Assist customers with payments over the phone, enrollment of the automatic payment plan, issuance of duplicate bills or other customers billing concerns.
- Documentation of all calls and transactions
- Handles calls accurately and in a timely manner
- Approaches all responsibilities with a positive and professional outlook
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Requires regular weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
- Excellent math, written and verbal communication skills
- Word, Excel, Outlook
