Human Resources Coordinator, Administrative Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is hiring for multiple Human Resources Representatives! Ideally would like to have HR exposure and experience, but any administrative background is great - and entry level candidates with a Bachelor's degree are encourage to apply!

* Helps to process HR/Talent requests/documents, updates systems while ensuring efficient delivery to team members and candidates
* Exposure to: HRIS, Talent Management, Employee relations, Employee services, comp and benefits
* Light Excel: spreadsheet updating, Data entry
* PowerPoint
* Recruiting support; Assisting recruiters and coordinators with preparing for the recruitment season
* Scheduling events; sending information out
* Assist with candidate communication, scheduling interviews, onboarding of new hires, badging, etc.
* Email and phone communication - heavy communication with internal Walgreens teams
* Filing, administrative duties
* Someone with ability to multi-task
* Able to work in high volume environment
* Planning for recruiters and coordinators - help answer calls from the que, set up interviews in Outlook, send out offer letters and information, etc.


*This person will support and be the liaison between corporate recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates/applicants
