Applications Engineer

Job Description:

- Interview customers to determine requirements, make necessary engineering calculations to support product selection/recommendation and develop the system proposal.

- Assumes the primary technical relationship with the customer for application related support.

- Manage projects and implement system testing, start up and troubleshoot new processes.

- Perform new equipment and processes validation.

- Provides input to product feature enhancements and process improvement.

-Draft technical paper to support new applications & participate in industry meetings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applications Engineering

- Sales Personality

- Experience with process control as PLC and PID Loops.

- Working knowledge of Sales Logix or similar CRM preferred
