Customer Care Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for motivated customer service associate who will be answering inbound calls in a professional and fast paced environment.

-Answer inbound calls from clients and take in information as needed

-Accurately enter client information into computer system

-Navigate between multiple computer screens and must have strong computer skills

-Provide excellent communication skills with customers calling in and research information to answer questions quickly and efficiently.

-Will at times make outbound calls to follow up with customers on answers to questions that needed to be researched

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred)

-Minimum of 1 year of phone experience

Day and evening shifts available
