Medical Supply Specialist

CURRENTLY SEEKING WAREHOUSE PROFESSIONALS FOR OPPORTUNITY WITH MAJOR HOSPITAL IN THE AREA

This s a contract to hire position with a major hospital in the area. The ideal candidate comes from a warehouse or shipping and receiving background with recent experience in a fast paced environment.

Position Details:

• Working in the Central Supplies department of the Hospital (essentially the hospitals warehouse)
• Assisting with logging, ordering and delivery of Equipment and instruments needed throughout the hospital
• Interacting with Doctors, Medical Directors, nursing staff and Patients as needed
• Logging incoming and outgoing inventory
• Assisting with packaging of medical goods as needed.
• Working with Supply chain manager to assess and deliver on inventory needs throughout the hospital campus
• Lifting, pushing and delivery of products (Sometimes upwards of 25 pounds)
• Morning shift (6AM start time) Some weekends included

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• Must be comfortable working during weekends and upcoming holiday season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry upwards of 25 pounds
