Architectural Designer/Drafter

We are currently accepting applications for an Architectural Drafter/Designer in the greater Reading area. Below is a list of qualifications:

• Associates in Drafting or related years of experience
• Work with the Client/Architects about project updates
• Perform architectural design/drafting including drawing elevations, sections, floor plans, roof plans, foundation plans, and existing conditions
• Perform field measuring for existing condition drawings
• 5+ year's experience using AutoCAD, or Chief Architect
• Good understanding of residential construction
• Good understanding and knowledge of building systems and site requirements
• Put together design/drafting proposals
• Experience with residential
• Knowledge of building codes is a plus
