About this job

Manufacturing/Construction Admin Position.

This position is a back office admin position.

This position will require 1-2 years of operations and administrative support experience. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to: processing payroll corrections and communicating those corrections to the payroll department (payroll sits out of another office), approve PTO requests, review expense reports from field iron workers and foreman's, scan and email EDD claims, direct deposit requests, change of address, change of W4's (backing up the front desk receptionist), save and send change orders, review fuel reports, maintain spreadsheets, registrations and keys for field vehicles.

Must be capable of multi-tasking and working simultaneously on projects with a variety of departments including, Project Managers, Detailers, main office, field techs, shop workers, etc.

Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
