Job Responsibilities Below:

• Fielding a high volume of customer inbound calls assessing our customers needs.
• Manage a variety of database and web based programs to provide timely responses to the customer.
• Tracking & tracing of shipments, rectifying shipping errors, product ordering, delivery status, pick up and drop offs.
• Distribute calls when necessary to other resources to ensure customers needs are met in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate with other departments when outages occur and calls must be re-directed.
