HVAC Technician - Full-time / Part-time

HVAC technician is responsible for logging into computer work order system (Maximo, IBM software), complete PM task lists (80% productive time), and quick response repair.s Will be giving PM repairs at the beginning of the month, must be able to organize time to complete monthly task. All repairs done in the ceiling. Given ladder to complete repairs on refrigeration, compressors, ice machines, air handlers, chilling systems, heating/hot water systems.
