We currently have an opening for an Electrical Engineer for a company that is a leader in the Gas Turbine Power Generation Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Includes development of single line, 3 line, specification of power electrics, switchgear, EWD packages.
- Experience with selection of Generators, Knowledgeable of NEC / NFPA 70, MV Switchgear, LV Panel / DC Systems
- We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with single line development level experience that has worked carrying down to the switch gear power station application.
- This person must have an understanding of MCC electrical forcing and supply of control cabinets.
- This person must have a good understanding of system design and system layout development. They will have expectations to lead and evaluate suppliers design doing first article inspection and badge acceptance of gear.
- This person needs to understand the circuits and conventions for an electrical engineer with integrated solution.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with over 5 years of experience working with Power Plants
- We are looking for someone with experience working with SmartPlant Electrical(SPEL)
- Someone that is good at estimating and working on proposals
- Must have a 4 year degree in Electrical Engineering.
