Collections - Full-time / Part-time

-Responsible for the collections for the Global Credit & Collections Department
-Responsible for making outbound collection calls on high volume accounts
-Responsible for communicating with customers via the phone and email
-Examine and dissect the portfolios and determine why there are discrepancies on collecting payments
-Handle a high volume of customers, portfolio size, and invoices (ex: average number of 900 total customers, manage about 2,500 invoices, and the average portfolio size is about 10MIL)
-Utilize the ERP system Oracle 12
-Use Microsoft Suite, Outlook and Excel on a daily basis (Responsible for entering data into spreadsheets, utilize basic v-look ups and pivot table functions)
-Transaction accounts

Qualifications:

-4+ years of collections experience
-Business to business experience in collections (within finance)
-Proficient with Excel (spread sheets, formulas)
-Experience on large ERP Systems (UL uses Oracle 12)
-Experience collecting on larger accounts
-Experience identifying and escalating process improvements
-Achieved a HS Diploma
