Job Description:
Upon completion of training, Financial Reps will be able to answer inbound calls and/or email from current clients regarding accounts, policies, services, and available products. Place equity, option, and mutual fund trades. Provide quotes and hold discussions around the equity markets, fixed income markets, international markets, and economic conditions.
Work Environment:
Call center, open, engaging, team environment, interactive. They have team huddles everyday, coaching sessions every week, and challenges where they give out prizes. Amazing, competitive, and energetic culture.
Qualifications:
��� College degree preferred but not required��
��� Outstanding communication, listening and analytical skills��
��� Relationship based- want to help people, true passion for helping others��
��� Minimum of two years client service experience preferred (this can be restaurant, bartending, call center, retail etc.)��
��� Candidate must display strong organizational and problem solving skills. The individual must be able to handle high-pressure situations while making accurate judgment decisions��
Shifts Available:
1st Shift M-F 7:30am - 4pm, 8am - 4:30pm, 8:30am - 5pm
2nd Shift M-F 12:30pm - 9pm, 1:30pm - 10pm
4th Shift (wknd days) Sa, Su, M 7am - 7:30pm
