About this job
This is a 6 month contract through April - candidates MUST BE open to 50-55 hours of OT - must be flexible with schedule Monday through Saturday between 8am - 11-pm
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate Profile:
-4 year bachelors degree with 1-2 years of customer service experience
OR
- 4+ Years call center
OR
- Also can have 2 years of tech support or tax preparation experience
ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Strong technical knowledge - working with software based assistance
- Flexible Schedule - open between 8am-11pm
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to questions about supported products, bank products, specific returns, e-filing processes, and other products or services. Calls range from 2-4 calls per hour, averaging 15-20 minutes per call.
- Ability to deal tactfully with customers/co-workers.
During Tax Season:
Answer calls and emails directly from customers, some from Sales, and some from CC Level 1 or Level 2 reps.
- Log all calls and/or emails taken either from customers or co-workers
Possibly work with the Mentoring team to acclimate the seasonal reps into their positions.
- Job shadow with the seasonal reps to acclimate them to their positions.
