My client, a fleet management company, is looking to add to their team for the busy months ahead!
This is the ideal opportunity for someone who has call center customer service experience but is interested in focusing on email customer service more than half of the time.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Experience communicating with customers via phone and email
- Ability to type 30-35 WPM
- Strong Communication - written and verbal
- HS Diploma or higher
Information:
- Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday
- 1 hour lunch, 2 paid fifteen minute breaks
- 2 month contract -> could go longer!
- Bannockburn, IL

Duties:
- Customers will email or call in to update this company on their vehicles' mileage
- Days will be 60% email, 40% calls
- Data Entry utilizing internal system
- Contact drivers via email or phone when more information is needed
