CNC Swiss Machinist

We're looking for multiple CNC Swiss Machinists on 3rd shift. These CNC Swiss Machinists/Machine Operators will be setting-up and/or operating Swiss machines. We prefer someone with Swiss Citizen experience, since that's what candidates will be working with but are open to both Star and Tsugami experience. The majority of the work is with medical parts. We also prefer candidates that have a mechanical background and knowledge of GD&T.

Individuals at any skill level are eligible for 3rd shift with opportunity for advancement into 2nd or 1st shift.

Must Haves:
- 6+ months of CNC Swiss machining experience (we will consider candidates with just a Swiss Certificate)
- 6+ months exp with GD&T and working off blue prints.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check

20% Shift Differential on 3rd shift
10% Shift Differential on 2nd shift

Job Duties:
-Operate and maintain CNC Swiss Machines
-Perform inspections on all parts using micrometers, calipers, microscopes, indicators, thread gauges, etc.
-Change broken tools and perform all offsets
-Deburring parts
-Record inspection data in data collection system
-Additional training duties
