Aerotek is currently hiring a Site Safety Office for our well-known client in the Portland area.

Job Description:

Under the supervision of Divisional Safety Manager, Site Safety Officer is responsible for all aspects of site safety management including monitoring and promoting a safe and secure work environment, conducting safety meetings, training and inspections. Also Site Safety Officer is responsible for working and assisting with the project team to plan and create safety related documents and conduct investigations of all safety incidents to include near misses. Site Safety Officer must be able to establish a good working relationship with the team to address issues and take appropriate actions with firmly but tactfully for immediate attention.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 1-3 years of safety experiences
* Semiconductor experiences
* Experiences in creating PowerPoint presentations and conducting training
* Experiences with OSHA regulations and requirements (Preferred)
