About this job

-The technicians are responsible for the efficient and economical performance of all assigned maintenance and modification duties.
-Performing maintenance work on aircraft, in or about shops, maintenance bases and remote sites, including, but not limited to, dismantling, repairing, fabricating, assembling and erecting all structural components of aircraft and aircraft components.
-Perform extensive installation of structural components to support aircraft modification work
-Responsible for full life cycle ARMS modification
-Performing maintenance work including, but not limited to, repairing and maintaining all machinery and hangar equipment relevant to the position.
-Advising a Lead, Supervisor or Inspector whenever inspection verification is required during maintenance procedures.
-May be responsible for final inspection of parts, sub-assemblies, completed assemblies, aircraft or components, except to the extent necessary to verify the quality of his/her work.
-Performing all assigned maintenance duties in accordance with the manufacturer's applicable maintenance manuals, policies, procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR)

An electronic defense company located at the Hagerstown Regional Airport in Hagerstown, MD
-Company operates a MRO facility where they perform military ISR (Intelligence, Reconnaissance, & Surveillance) modifications to a variety of turboprop aircraft (Kingair, Dash-7, C-130, Casa 235)
-Most of the work performed is based around installations & maintenance of systems on Kingair and Dash-7 aircraft
-Provide Total System Solutions for Aircraft Modification, Maintenance, Primary Mission Equipment Integration, Operations and Contractor Logistics Support, Lead Systems Integration and full Turn-Key field Operations.

Qualifications:

8+ years experience performing heavy structural work including modifications.
No license requirements but candidates if any candidates have licenses it is a plus. Must have experience working in an MRO environment.
Turboprop experience is preferred
Must have own tools (tools bust be etched inventoried, and shadowed)
