Customer Care Representative

M-F, 9-6, $13.30/HR

Duties/Responsibilities:

*Customer service mindset A MUST - looking for candidates who are passionate about providing excellent service and understand the importance and serious nature of life insurance. Growth and permanent opportunities are possible for employees that perform well and show initiative.

- Employees will be responsible for answering in-coming phone calls supporting the end-user life insurance policy holders for customer support: updating contact information, bio information, billing information, beneficiary information, etc.
- Employees will average 30-40 phone calls per day (up to 45-50 phone calls per day for high performing employees). Average Handle Time for calls is around 6-8 minutes.
- Responsible for updating the customer's information & needs within their databases.
