About this job

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Interface to the customer, facilitate internal distribution of information and requirements concerning technical changes
* Reside at customer's engineering center to provide technical support throughout the development, testing, preproduction and launch of the project
* Participate in technical reviews
* Have an intimate knowledge of hardware and software interfaces. Be able to hold detailed technical discussions with the customer
* Conduct problem resolution activities to address system issues, identify root cause and verify solution of test or field incidents
* Execute bench and vehicle testing aimed at replicating reported wrong behaviors
* Collect information over CAN/LIN networks to help the development team understand problems at bench and vehicle levels
* Setup bench and vehicle testing aimed at demonstrating fixes
* Flash test properties with software updates for vehicular validation
* Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support and involvement in production and quality issues
* Processing and coordination of customer complaints, corrective actions and follow up meetings
* Generate periodic project status reports with main activities, problems and risks
* Represent MM and the interests of the customer
* Help develop and maintain business relationship with the customer
