Job Description:
- Looking for one General Labor candidate
- Will work in four different departments; Packaging, Mold Making/Base Plate, Hybrid, Oven Furnace area.
- In Packaging will load boxes onto pallet based on purchase order sheet.
- Mold Making/Base Plate area will take clay and put onto base plate to make molds.
- Hybrid area will glue strips felt strips onto clay molds.
- Oven Furnace area will load clay molds into furnace and remove them.
- Will work in a team to get jobs done each day. Will rotate jobs each day so should be flexible in working in each department
- Will also get the opportunity to get incentive pay each week.

Work Environment:
- Monday - Friday 6a to 2:30p.
- 40hrs a week. Should expect OT as needed. Saturdays are voluntary overtime.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of industrial manufacturing experience
- Able to work in all four departments
- Report to work each day AND on time.
- Work in team oriented environment.

Additional Information: - 1.5x after 40hrs
