Aerotek is partnering with an Advertising firm in efforts to hire a Human Resources Client Services Specialist. The client is looking to hire immediately. This will be at 3-4 month contract position offering competitive compensation and benefits package.

Must Have:
1 year experience with PeopleSoft
Experience with E-Time (or or TimeKeeping systems)
1 year experience within an HR function
Any experience with benefits and employee issues is preferred

This position will be the initial point of contact for the Client Services Delivery Center doing both functions of Customer Service and Human Resources. This candidate will interact daily with both clients and internal employees over the phone and in-person.

Responsibilities:
* Act as liaison between the customer, HR Service Delivery and HR system Analyst team to ensure the customer's needs, interests, and perspectives are acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner.
* Provide counseling, coaching, training, and resolution technique to customers as needed.
* Manage and prioritize support ticket volume by identifying issues, properly addressing or routing to internal and external teams.
* Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of Standard Operating Procedures for frequent customer issues, concerns, life events, business continuity purposes and support needs. Has FAQ's available for customer to utilize in navigating self-service portals and vendor websites.
* Supports capture of metrics and performance measurements for the team.
* Maintains security work flow for HRMS access according to business standards.
* Assists Time reporters in understanding basic time process in PeopleSoft system.
* Maintains employee email distribution lists for general communications surrounding Open Enrollment, W2's, Holiday pay dates and other updates.
* This is not a typical customer service position as the incumbent is expected to solve customer issues and, where needed, determine the root cause including identifying system configuration errors, data set up issues and system integration gaps.

Pay Rate:

$20 to $24 an hour based on experience

Hours:

Monday - Friday standard day hours, roughly 38 hours per week.
