We are currently hiring for multiple customer service openings at a third party marketing company for healthcare services in Skokie, IL. This company is actively growing and just opened a brand new location! If you are interested in Customer Service, Healthcare, Marketing, or Sales, this may be a great way for you to break into one of those industries. This position can be a great way to learn more about any of those fields! (Don't worry Customer Service folks - you will not be selling anything - just setting appointments and exciting customers about them so that they actually attend!)

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for making outbound phone calls to customers that are interested in a service at a local business, share information to the various customers
  • Answer inbound phone calls to discuss customer inquiries
  • Discuss the various options and marketing ratings of the companies with the customers
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service and for "closing the deal"
  • Close the deal by setting up an appointment with the customers so that they can meet with someone in person to learn even more
  • Earn BONUSES for each appointment that a customer attends, bonus amount per appointment will go up as your amount of appointments attended goes up!
  • All of the potential customers that you would call to set appointments with are very warm leads that are interested in learning more about a service - they have asked to be called by a representative of this company

Qualifications

  • Achieved a HS Diploma
  • At least 1+ year of recent call center experience
  • Phone experience
  • Strong and clear communication
  • Decent resume tenure
  • Outbound calls experience
