Aerotek is now hiring Software and Systems Engineers for multiple opportunities for a large Aerospace Company in Moorestown, NJ.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of software and troubleshooting code for firmware (IC embedded code) applications.
- Work often involves analog and digital hardware and software operating systems.
- The engineer develops FPGA/CPLD designs using appropriate toolsets, including interface simulations and sensor functionality.
- Work with domain experts and military documentation to define requirements.
- Design, simulate, and integrate system components using C++ and MATLAB.
- Document design and development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Electrical and Computer Engineering with 5 years of professional experience
- Experience with embedded C/C++ programming
- Experience in digital signal processing (DSP) theory
- Experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB
- Experience with Object Oriented Design
- An Active Clearance is Highly Preferred
Pay: BASED ON EXPERIENCE (Pay will range from $50-$80/hr)
