Customer Care Rep - Full-time / Part-time

This position is responsible for providing quality customer service while effectively responding to a variety of inquiries from providers (insurance companies) and members (patients who are covered under their insurance policies)

-First they will identify the client and network of the caller through their data base and then refer the customer to the appropriate network provider.
-Will then need to give provider information which includes network address, phone, and effective/termination dates.
-Providers are only available within certain geographic areas, if the member is outside of the network area for the provider, they will be reassigned to a new provider for insurance coverage.
