Facilities Maintenance Tech ($21 an hour) - Full-time / Part-time

This is a direct hire opportunity for a facilities maintenance technician.

Job Duties:

• Performing mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing of plant HVAC, process chillers and cooling tower systems
• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plants facility equipment
• Construct,install, adjust and/or repair production facilities and equipment

Pay:

• Starting pay will be $21 an hour with yearly raises
• Full benefit package including medical, dental, vision and 401k

Hours:

• 12pm to 8pm Sunday through Thursday
• Weekends off

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of facilities or maintenance experience
• They will consider entry level candidates who have at least 1 year of experience performing residential, commercial or industrial maintenance work.
