Job Description:

This is a Customer Service position handling inbound and outbound calls. You will be answering questions and handling issues regarding plan holder's Electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning that are covered by warranty. You will also be getting updates and following up with technicians/contractors and communicating that to the customer.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of Customer Service.
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
Ability to type 35 WPM
