Tractor and Trailer Mechanic openings $18-29/hr - Full-time / Part-time

Call all diesel mechanics! What are you doing to better your next career move? I have immediate openings for a tractor and trailer mechanic for a reputable fleet company in the area!

Seeking candidates with 2+ years working either as a trailer or tractor mechanic.

For the tractor mechanic: Seeking candidates with an active CDL A and PA state inspection license

Trailer Mechanic: 1st shift 7-5pm M-F paying between 18-21/hr

Tractor Mechanic: 2nd shift 3-11pm M-F paying between 20-29/hr

Candidates will be responsible but not limited too;

• Knowledge and capability to complete major & minor Power Equipment, Trailer and Forklift repairs
• Qualified to perform all types of Preventative Maintenance procedures on all equipment
• Component replacement and rebuild: water pumps, turbo, 5th wheels, clutches, transmissions, etc.
• Preventative Maintenance P(M's), Maintenance, and repair of trailers. Will include trailer repair, body repair, changing tires, tire repair, brake repair, electrical and brake light repair, minor welding.
• Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical and other manufactured systems to properly identify related problems, breakdown or failure related to Equipment, including but not limited to: Engine Systems, Electrical / Lighting Systems, Clutch and Drivetrain Systems, Heat / Air conditioning Systems
