I am conducting immediate interviews for our reputable company within the military and government industry who are looking for machine operators to join their team!
Looking for candidates with experience but not limited to;
- machine operation
- mechanically inclined
- critical thinking
Job Description:
- Candidates will be working with a certified machine operator completing multiple job functions in a manufacturing environment. Candidates will be trained to polish, grind, machine, and properly measure products. They will be using EDM machines, CMM Machines, and CNC machines. They have a term called WORK LOOP, where they will be required to load a block to a machine, press button to run machine, once product is finished they will measure the product then place it in another machine to be finished. They will complete the final inspections using digital measure tools such as micrometers, gauges, calipers, rulers, etc.
Openings:
2nd shift; 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Possible to train on this shift)
3rd shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am (Not possible to train on this shift.
NO OVERTIME Until brought on as a permanent employee.
Train on 1st shift - This training will be for 3 months. They need to pass the certification. Monthly sit-downs with the training operator. Detail training log surrounding. There is a testing program to be brought on permanent. If they fail the test, then they will work with them on their weaknesses.
