Lab Technician

We are currently looking for lab technicians for a company within Des Moines. It is a very reputable company that many people strive to work for. We can make that happen for you! The position is within chemistry and is looking for someone with experience or knowledge on HPLC, GC, UV, and micro vitamin testing. Though if you have any chemistry experience that is a major plus and don't necessarily have to have hands on experience with those particular testing.

Job Description:

• performing routine analysis of vitamins
• weighing and pipetting of samples
• utilizing a steam bath
  sample preparation and extraction of samples
• running instrumentation such as HPLC, UV, and micro vitamin testing
• comfortable working in a down draft table
• preparing solutions
• following SOP's
• analyzing of data to ensure test results are accurate
