Loading and Unloading
Customer Service Job Description: �� Main duties of candidate is to assist driver when making deliveries of product to clients. Biggest clients are hospitals so good customer service is necessary. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Must be a team player who is flexible and adaptable to any duties they are asked to do either with driver or at facility. Work Environment: �� Driver Assistant will be mostly with driver on the road making deliveries to customers such as hospitals. They may be also at the facility loading and unloading trucks.
Performance Expectations: ��
Will take a candidate who has no driver experience but has good customer service and be able to be flexible to any duties assigned.��
First Day: Loading and Unloading Product into trucks. Ride along with driver to get familiarized with routes and meet customers
Performance Metrics: Avg of 12 deliveries per day. Able to be flexible to all duties assigned at facility
Best candidate has forklift certification/recent experience, great customer service and open to being a driver for the long term.
