Benefits Administrator - Full-time / Part-time

* Benefits Specialist needed for Healthcare Enrollment Season *

Job Description
-Benefits administrator will receive inbound calls from customers.
- Will answer questions regarding benefit question (ex. what coverage entails)
- Support their corporate clients

This project is for open enrollment for the State of Illinois. They currently have 20K members which is expected to double around October/November. The members are composed of veterans and government employees, and reps will be handling enrollment and billing.

Work Schedule

• Mon - Fri 8:45am - 8pm (varied schedules)
• 2 week training period Mon- Fri 8am - 5pm

Must Haves

• Strong insurance background
• Experience administering benefits
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to solve issues
• Computer skills (data entry, 7000 kph 95% accuracy or higher)
• Reliability
