Call Center Representative with Pay $ 13-15/hr!!

Job Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, doctors offices about requests for information on medication and benefits
• Place outbound calls to members about medications and benefit information
• Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate to appropriate team member.
• Adhere to and reinforce Prime and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
