About this job
Our client is seeking a File Clerk to join their team in Sterling, VA. They are in the automotive industry so they will be filing documents related to the vehicles that the client is working with. They will have to look up VIN numbers/stock numbers and file the folder in the appropriate place in their filing system. They will also be scanning these folders and sending them to the Account Coordinators so that they can create electronic files for the vehicles and create a file for them in their system. They have 4-5 different proprietary databases that they use so this person needs to be very computer literate and comfortable working with computer databases. This is a 3 month contract to permanent hire.
Job Detail:
The biggest thing with this candidate is that they need to enjoy simple tasks like filing and data entry.
