This person will be opening and processing Land Use Notification Packages (LUNP) for In House Lot Line/Subdivision Department, Customers, and County Agencies.

They will use electronic copies of maps, county GIS sites, County Tax Sites, BlueBeam software, Metro Scan Software, and MS Word to create lists of property owners in a set radius around a subject property. Export information to a database file to create mailing labels in MS Word.

Prepare Property Notice Guarantees using the In-house Impact system. Attach mailing labels for customers to use in their notification process.

Set up new title orders for examination by identifying properties, preparing tax searches, maps, searches properties with the use of Data Trace and the in house title plant, and identifies and locates starters.
