Top Three Skills: customer service, health care, benefits Job Description: Respond to telephone, written and electronic inquiries from employees/members, providers, clients and other interested parties using system notes, plan documents and booklets, benefit reference documents, Claim Reference Manuals and claims-related document all inquiries
Communicate via telephone, email, electronic messaging, fax, or written letter with employees/members, providers of service, clients and/or other insurance carriers to ensure proper claim processing and issue resolution.
Initiate outgoing calls or other service projects as assigned
Work Environment: Environment: 20 person call center, 60+ calls a day
Dress code: Business Casual
Hours: 8a-5p Monday-Friday
Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED, 2+ years fast paced/high volume CSR experience, medical terminology, insurance/benefits experience/exposure. High communication skills, ability to multitask and meet production quotas. Performance Expectations: Quality of call over 90% on grading
