Job Description:
- Sits in an open call-center like environment fielding inbound and outbound calls from current and potential customers regarding account status, change in personal information, and any other questions or concerns
- Enrolls new account holders in payment plans, and collects personal information and payment details from them in order to enter into the system
- Assists customers in finding a payment plan that meets their needs, and has full flexibility to negotiate a dollar amount best for their income status
- Follows-up with customers on questions and concerns regarding upcoming payments, past payments, and account status

Additional Compensation:
- $15.50/hour with uncapped monthly bonuses based on production. Average monthly bonuses range from $500 - 700+

- Direct Placement/Full-Time Monday - Friday, no weekends
