Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service

This role does not require you to have any healthcare experience or background but will require you to have a team oriented mindset, active listening, and be able to multitask.

Responsibilities include the decision making process of assisting with patient transfers. You will not have direct or in-person contact with hospital patients but will be coordinating hospital transfers:
-Getting the initial request from the transferring hospital.
-Connecting contacts from transferring/accepting hospital to discuss patient conditions, plan of action, etc.
-Documenting information and processing paperwork.
-Arranging transportation
-Confirm arrival and close the patient file out.
